Try listening to some MapleStory lo-fi music sometime.

Lo-fi refers to music that’s intentionally made with lower sound quality and more noise, so unlike hi-fi, it isn’t produced to sound crisp and high quality.

Because of that, people tend to use it less for focused listening and more as work music or background music to play while doing something else.

Today, I wanted to share some lo-fi music from the Necord Music YouTube channel.

If you look up lo-fi music on the Necord Music YouTube channel, you’ll find a lot of MapleStory playlist videos,

and this was the one I picked because I really liked that it was a recent upload.

I first clicked on it because the illustration of Lucid, who’s been especially popular lately thanks to Change Burning, was so pretty,

but I ended up liking the playlist itself too.

From the playlist, the first track, Upon the Sky,

and the final track, Once Upon a Time in Karotte, are the ones I liked most.

Which one did you like best?

Music is something I always have in my daily life, and since I listen to so much of it, there are times when songs with lyrics start to feel a little tiring.

When that happens, I usually turn to instrumental piano pieces instead, and I really love how calm and peaceful this kind of music makes me feel every time I listen.

And while it isn’t lo-fi music, if I were to recommend a MapleStory track I personally like,

it would be Blooming Forest, the background music from the MapleStory 18th anniversary event map.

It feels just right for the spring weather we’re having now, so I really hope you’ll give it a listen at least once!
