Lo-fi is music deliberately made with low sound quality and plenty of noise, rather than the clear, high-quality sound of hi-fi,

so it’s popular as background music while you get things done, rather than something you sit down to listen to on its own.

Today, I’d like to share some lo-fi music from the NECORD MUSIC YouTube channel.

If you search for lo-fi on the NECORD MUSIC YouTube channel, you’ll find plenty of MapleStory playlists.

This recent upload caught my ear, so I thought I’d share it here.

What first made me click was the lovely illustration of Lucid, who’s been popular lately thanks to 체인지 버닝,

and it turns out I like the playlist too.

I particularly like the playlist’s opening track, Upon the Sky​, and

the final track, Once Upon a Time in Karotte​.

Which tracks do you like?

Music is a constant in my daily life, but I listen to so much of it that I sometimes get a little tired of songs with lyrics.

When that happens, I turn to instrumental piano music, and I really like how peaceful it makes me feel every time I listen.

There’s also a MapleStory track I love that I’d like to recommend, even though it isn’t lo-fi.

It’s Blooming Forest, the background music for MapleStory’s 18th anniversary event map.

It’s just right for the spring weather we’re having now, so I hope you’ll give it a listen!
