Hope you’re having a fun and wonderfully cozy life in Erinn!

You’ve been meeting all kinds of NPCs, enjoying so many little interactions,

and clearing countless missions too—so great job today as well, adventurer!

Today, out of all those many interactions,

I want to show you a few cute and lovable ones that’ll fill your healing gauge right~ up!

On those days when you need a little emotional cleansing,

or when you just need something warm and comforting for your heart,

let’s go visit these little friends💗

Spotty is doing well~

Through the recently added ‘Hello, Spotty’ quest,

you can now set ‘Spotty,’ the horse who helped you at the start of your Erinn adventure, free

Once lots of adventurers got other mounts,

Spotty, being a bit slower by comparison, was probably just sitting in your inventory instead of being ridden

But thanks to this quest, Spotty gets to leave that cramped little inventory behind,

and rest while roaming freely around a wide pasture instead, which is such a lovely thing!

At the very end of the quest, Teacher Lassar

tells you to come visit Spotty from time to time, you know?

I thought maybe Spotty was staying at the school with the children and teachers,

but even after checking all around the school, Spotty was nowhere to be found

Then, after thinking it over for a bit, I remembered the final scene of the quest,

where Spotty ran off together with the sheepdog.

So I started wondering... could Spotty be where Deian is?

With that thought, I hurried over to ‘Grassland Ranch’ and...!

Ahh! There’s Spotty!

When you go up to Spotty, an interaction button appears that lets you pet them~

Let’s all give Spotty, who’s worked so hard for us all this time, some nice gentle pats🥰

For reference, I went once when the sun was up and bright, and once when the moon was out and it was dark,

and guess what—during the day, Spotty was hanging out with some kind of retriever? dog!

It looks like other animals show up too, so go take a peek and meet them for yourself~

Seeing Spotty spending happy little moments with lots of animal friends,

and looking like they’re finally getting some proper rest, really made me feel so good🌼

So whenever protecting Erinn starts wearing you out,

take a quiet little breather with Spotty and enjoy some peaceful time together~

Who’s the goodest doggo? Aww, yes you are~

Under the shade of the huge tree in Tir Chonaill Square,

you’ll find Mera and Bet standing side by side

When you spot Bet, that big fluffy white dog,

they’re just so adorable that you can’t help but wander a little closer,

and that’s when! you’ll notice the interaction button pop up

It’s an interaction that lets you give Bet all the fluffy pats you want!

This little cutie is panting away with a tennis ball clutched tight in their mouth~

Being able to pet them like this really is the happiest thing ever😇💕

So whenever you pass through Tir Chonaill Square, let’s give Bet a pat or two👍

Meteor, I like you~!

If you head inside the school where Teacher Lassar is,

you can spot Meteor resting off to one side like this

Huh? But unlike the other animal friends...

this little one actually has a Talk interaction?!

Every time I stop by to see Teacher Lassar,

I hear Meteor chirping away in the cutest little voice,

so somehow this is already a friend I’ve built up a whole lot of (one-sided...) affection for,

and the fact that you can actually talk to them too just makes them feel extra smart and adorable!😆

In Meteor’s sweet and precious little voice,

if you want to hear the line

‘Meteor, I like you!’

then you absolutely have to go talk to them~

You really won’t regret it—they’re just way too cute!

They even say goodbye when the conversation ends and you leave,

and the way their head feathers spread all the way out is seriously unbelievably adorable🥺🔥💗

Let’s run with the sled dogs!

Head out from Tir Chonaill and make your way to Ice Canyon

At the ‘Temporary Outpost’ here, which you visited during the story,

you can see ‘Karin’ and ‘Alvis’ staying there together with the sled dogs

and you can also spot the cute baby sled dog Vikan standing off to one side too~

Here, you can talk to Kirin and Alvis, or chat with Vikan too,

but the even more fun interaction is hidden in the prepared space over on the right!

It looks totally empty, like there’s nothing there at all,

but if you walk closer, an interaction button will appear

And when you press that interaction button~

Ta-da!

With Karin and Alvis helping out,

you get to ride a sled pulled by sled dogs—that’s the surprise!

It’s such a fun and handy interaction, letting you zip smoothly across the snowy field~

and travel quickly too😁👍

Once the cutscene ends, you’ll see that you’ve been moved straight over from the Temporary Outpost

to the exit heading toward Colhen

If you want to go for a run with the sled dogs, make sure to visit Ice Canyon!

Especially on a sweltering summer day, it feels refreshing just to look at it~

These cute little animal friends can lift your mood just by being there!

And with special interactions on top of that, how could you possibly resist pressing them~

And besides the little ones I introduced today,

you do know you can also enjoy special interactions with the pets you always bring along, right?

Each pet has its own unique and lovable behaviors,

so go see what kind of cuteness will make your heart melt nice and softly
