Mascot Parade, MapleStory's main 23rd anniversary event, runs from March 19 to June 17. It has already drawn considerable attention for its surprising final reward: a Luna Petite Pet (magnet pet) whose duration can be extended. For returning and new players, I have put together this guide to the attendance event, including the details of this reward.

[Mascot Parade]: How to Participate and Daily Attendance Rewards

Using a character at level 101 or above, click the Participate button to check in once a day, up to 5 times a week. Attendance progress is shared across your Maple ID.

Every Thursday, you can make up missed check-ins by paying 3,000 Maple Points for each one.

Each check-in grants 3 Triple EXP Coupons and 800 Gift Tickets to spend in the coin shop. You can check in up to 60 times.

• Full attendance: 48000 Gift Tickets in total

[Attendance Rewards]

Rewards are available based on your total daily check-ins. Pet rewards can be claimed once per registered account holder, while all other rewards can be claimed once per Maple ID. All rewards must be used by June 18 at 2 AM.

The pets come with scrolls already applied to their equipment. If you maintain full attendance, you can claim each pet on the corresponding month's update date: March 18 / April 16 / May 14.

[Special Missions]: Key Details on the Magnet Pet with an Extendable Duration

Complete the missions shown above to earn the main final reward: a Luna Petite Pet (magnet pet) whose duration can be extended.

• Mascot Power: Earn 1 per daily check-in — check in a total of 60 times (12 weeks).

• Parade Mission: The limit on monsters near your level that count toward the mission increases by 10,000 each week after the event begins. The final requirement is to defeat 100,000 monsters, which you can do all at once.

The event lasts 13 weeks, giving you 1 extra week. Even if you start in the 2nd week on 3/26, you can still claim the Special Gift without purchasing a separate pass.

You can make the requirement to defeat monsters near your level easier to complete by working on it alongside the ongoing Burning event.

Once you have met all the requirements, you can claim the item from after the June 18 update through July 1. You can claim it in any world, including the Challengers World that opens that day.

You will also receive 8 of the scroll selector coupons shown here. These have recently become harder to obtain through events, making them a particularly valuable reward.

Spend the tickets you earn through attendance in the Ticket Shop. With full attendance, you can earn 4000 Gift Tickets per week, up to a total of 48000.

A Fidget Board Featuring This Event's Main Rewards

I also asked AI to create a fidget board featuring the main rewards to match the keyword, and this is the result. I chose the rewards above that I thought looked most appealing to touch: the special pet, the 23rd anniversary medal, the Sol Erda/Fragment Selector Coupon, the Karma Black Cube and White Bonus Potential Cube, and the Magnificent Growth Potion. Interestingly, it included the maple leaf, slime, and snail without being asked, perhaps because it recognized them as MapleStory items. It took a few attempts, but I think the result is a charming little design.
