Today, let's take a closer look at the charm of Lara, one of MapleStory's classes.

A Cute, Lovable Appearance

Lara belongs to the Anima race of Maple World, whose members are known for their animal-like features.

While Hoyoung resembles a white tiger and Ren a rabbit, Lara is a sheep.

In the video introducing Lara as a new class, art lead 구교성 explained, “With a sheep Anima character as our concept, it was important to highlight her sheep-like features while conveying her bright, cheerful personality. We gave her large eyes, small horns, and a long hairstyle with soft, rounded shapes to bring out her cuteness. We also used pastel tones we hadn't used before, creating a bright, adorable character who stands apart from the other classes.” Lara's cuteness really shines through in the illustrations, and I think they capture it beautifully.

First impressions matter, and when I first saw Lara's illustration, my immediate thought was how cute she was.

With that intention behind its design, the illustration seems to capture Lara's charm at a glance.

A Bright, Cheerful Personality That Won Over Even Gri

I love Lara's bright and cheerful personality, which perfectly matches her cute appearance.

Characters like her are often called sunshine characters, and I've always been fond of them.

Having someone like that around can bring a little positivity to even those with a pessimistic view of the world.

Little by little, that outlook begins to change, and in Lara's story, Gri is one of the people she affects this way.

I really enjoyed watching Gri change through his time with Laraㅎㅎ

Isn't that reason enough to become a Lara fan?

I hope you'll all give the cute and lovable Lara plenty of love~!
