Hello, everyone!

I'm 제이메르, a Nexon Picker.

For me, the appeal of subculture games lies as much in the voices that shape their characters' personalities as in their designs.

When you're playing Blue Archive,

you've probably caught yourself thinking, "Wait, where have I heard this voice before?" Sound familiar?

Let's meet the voices behind those characters!

1. Yui Ogura (Shiroko)

First up is Shiroko, the face of Blue Archive's title screen!

Her signature cool yet cute voice comes courtesy of an idol of the voice acting world,

Yui Ogura.

Shiroko won me over when I first started playing Blue Archive,

so I simply had to feature her!

I think Ogura does a wonderful job of bringing out the warmth beneath Shiroko's seemingly indifferent, offhand delivery.

Notable Anime Roles

《Goblin Slayer》 - Priestess

《The "Hentai" Prince and the Stony Cat.》 - Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi

2. Saori Hayami (Nagisa)

Think of Nagisa of Trinity, and elegance and nobility immediately come to mind!

She's played by Saori Hayami, whose voice alone exudes refinement.

She's well known for her clear, pure voice.

With her calm yet commanding tone,

she captures Nagisa's leadership and inner struggles perfectly, if you ask me.

If you're an anime fan, you probably know exactly who she is!

Notable Anime Roles

《Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba》 - Shinobu Kocho

《SPY×FAMILY》 - Yor Forger

3. Ayane Sakura (Iori)

She gets angry every time Sensei teases her,

but it's impossible not to like Iori!

She's voiced by the acclaimed Ayane Sakura, affectionately known as "Ayaneru."

That punchy(?) delivery when she's angry

and the way her voice sounds when she's flustered bring out 200% of Iori's charm, if you ask me!

That animated scene featuring Iori really stood out to me.

Notable Anime Roles

《My Hero Academia》 - Ochaco Uraraka

《Attack on Titan》 - Gabi Braun

《The Quintessential Quintuplets》 - Yotsuba Nakano

4. Yumiri Hanamori (Hoshino)

Hoshino is instantly recognizable by her drowsy "Uhee~"!

She's voiced by Yumiri Hanamori, beloved for her impressive acting range.

Hoshino usually acts like a laid-back old man,

but she does a complete 180 when things get serious—and Hanamori captures that other side perfectly through her voice alone.

Hoshino is so cute!!!

Notable Anime Roles

《Laid-Back Camp》 - Nadeshiko Kagamihara

《Kaguya-sama: Love Is War》 - Ai Hayasaka

5. Kana Hanazawa (Atsuko)

Meet Atsuko, the princess of Arius Squad!

She's voiced by Kana Hanazawa, a legend in Japanese voice acting with an unmistakable voice.

With a soft, dreamy voice that feels shrouded in mystery,

she brings out Atsuko's enigmatic aura beautifully, I think.

Notable Anime Roles

《Angel Beats!》 - Kanade Tachibana

《Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba》 - Mitsuri Kanroji

Recognizing the voice of a beloved anime character while playing a game

is one of those small but genuine pleasures.

Isn't it these voice actors' wonderful performances that make Blue Archive all the more charming?

Beyond the voice actors I've introduced today,

Blue Archive features so many other talented performers.

Let us know who your favorite student is and who voices her!
