What class do you main? Mine is Demon Avenger!

I've switched classes many times while playing MapleStory, but I've now settled on Demon Avenger.

Today, I'd like to explore what makes Demon Avenger so appealing, a class I've put a lot of love into leveling.

1. A Commanding Presence

The first thing that strikes you about Demon Avenger is his unmistakable dark style.

Leave the cape out of your outfit, and you can show off his impressive 포스 윙, a symbol of his demonic heritage.

They're a defining part of the Demon identity :)

His skill effects combine red and black for a look that's both flashy and powerful.

If you enjoy a dark, intense theme, this is a class I can wholeheartedly recommend!

2. The Demon's Story

Even among MapleStory's classes, the Demon classes stand out

for a story that's among the most tragic and richly layered in the game. It truly sets them apart.

He was once the Black Mage's most trusted commander,

but certain events led him to turn his back on the army and set out on a path of revenge.

Yet his time as a commander involved countless acts of murder and destruction,

and he pays dearly for those past deeds.

The deeper you dig, the more you'll find yourself drawn into the Demon's story!

He loses everything and is left with nothing.

His struggle to get back on his feet in Edelstein, driven by revenge alone, was especially moving for many players.

3. Demon Avenger's Combat Style

Demon Avenger differs from other classes in quite a few ways.

Of all the classes, he's the only one that uses HP as his main stat.

He also unleashes explosive damage at the cost of his own HP.

The 'Demonic Frenzy' skill is a toggle buff at the heart of Demon Avenger's gameplay.

When you're new to Demon Avenger, you may find yourself dying often, even while grinding.

Once I got used to him, though, no other class felt as comfortable to play!

You spend next to nothing on potions, and Dark Winds lets you glide slowly—a useful ability in boss fights.

Nether Shield makes grinding less tiring, too!
