If you’re looking to blow off some back-to-school stress, I definitely recommend the fast, satisfying shooter Sudden Attack!

Hello, this is Yonghyuk Soon from Nexon PEAKER.

If you’re a student, this is probably right around the start-of-semester rush! And if you’ve headed back to your campus area or moved into a dorm after a long break, that can be pretty stressful, so today I want to recommend a refreshing shooting game that can blow all of that stress away!

Let’s jump into Sudden Attack 랭크전!

Back when I was in college, I remember relieving a lot of stress by gaming with friends, and out of everything we played, shooting games were probably the biggest one for me! Back in middle school and high school, the guys would have a blast with class-vs-class matches and that kind of thing, and the familiar 클랜전 system that so many people remember is still going strong even now.

I remember 클랜전 having all kinds of different rules! There were some pretty strange restrictions, like not being allowed to use newly released guns or even flashbangs and smoke grenades, but now there’s a 랭크전 system that gets rid of all that. Since it’s PvP content, there are naturally rankings to climb, and hitting higher tiers becomes part of the appeal, and ever since 랭크전 was introduced, you can really feel how much the player base has grown too!

Stress Relief Points

In this kind of shooting game, I think it gets even more fun when I’m the one closing things out at the end. Since the match plays out through PvP, there’s something really satisfying about completely overpowering the other side and shutting them down, and even if I’m not playing that well, landing the final kill still makes the game feel a whole lot more exciting! The one slight weakness, maybe, is that if you don’t win, you might end up even more stressed instead..?

So that was my recommendation for Sudden Attack as a refreshing shooting game to blow off start-of-semester stress! Since it was such a national favorite during our school days, players in their 20s and 30s can jump back in right now and still enjoy that same old-school feeling without it feeling drastically different. Time to go relieve some stress!
