Hope you’re having a fun and smart time out there in Erinn!

In Mabinogi Mobile, every item you carry has weight,

so once your bag goes over a certain limit, it gets so heavy you can’t move, you know that, right?

If you feel like you’re only carrying the stuff you really need but your bag is still ready to burst,

or you’re the kind of adventurer who has no idea where to even start organizing and just ends up dragging everything around,

then this post should help you out~

Today, I’ve got a few simple inventory-organizing tips for you!

Use them as a handy reference, and let’s keep that bag nice and light

1 Try using the auto-sort feature

In the ‘Game’ tab under Settings, you can turn the auto-sort option on or off

If you keep this feature turned on, your items will be organized automatically based on your settings

It’s super handy and makes it really quick to clean out unnecessary items, so I definitely recommend it!

Once you turn on auto-sort and start tidying your bag,

you’ll see a notice window like this

You can quickly check which items are about to be sorted,

and you can also see how much lighter your bag will get if you clean them out

Even if you hit the Sort button, it won’t clean everything out right away, so don’t worry!

You’ll get one more confirmation window, and there you can check exactly which items are going to be deleted in detail~

If you’ve made sure there’s nothing in that window that shouldn’t be sorted, go ahead and press the Sort button!

It’ll clear things out in a snap, and your bag will feel lighter almost instantly~

2 Lock your important items

Out of all the items you’ve got, there are always some that are especially hard to get, right?

Just thinking about accidentally tossing one of those and losing it is honestly terrifying💦

Golden materials, enhanced high-grade equipment, runes you’re saving for later, and so on…

If you don’t want to accidentally grind stuff like that up while cleaning out your bag,

you’ll want to make good use of the ‘Lock’ feature!

A little while ago, I ended up grinding through tens of thousands of ‘Disassembled Equipment Parts’… and only noticed after the fact

Even though I usually sort things manually one by one, I still messed up and cleared them out thinking they were junk😭

To keep an item from getting cleaned out too easily, tap that item and press the lock icon

If the icon turns white, that means it’s locked!

Once it’s locked like this, it’ll be excluded when you sort items, so you can relax👍

3 What if you don’t know what an item is used for?

There are definitely items sitting in our bags that are totally useless to us personally

If you read the item description, sometimes you can tell right away whether you need it or not

For example, I’ve got an item called ‘Advanced Facility Modification Parts’ in my bag,

but I’ve already upgraded all my facility equipment to the max, so…

I really don’t need that item at all anymore

It’s just taking up weight for no reason, so it’s definitely something I should select when sorting, right?

If you really can’t tell what it’s used for from the description alone…

well, can’t be helped, just hang on to it for now!

But you can’t keep carrying absolutely everything forever without throwing anything away,

so try using the method below as a guide~

Every item has a button called ‘How to Obtain’

If you tap that button, it’ll show you where and how you can get it

If it’s easy to get, keep just a small amount and sort out the rest,

and if it’s hard to get, leave yourself a nice stash before clearing extras out👍

What if the only listed way to get a certain item is as loot from a hunting ground?

Then I’d recommend stocking up on it as much as you can!

Because adventurers keep getting stronger,

eventually you’ll end up farming only the hunting grounds with the highest level requirements

But if an item can only be obtained from loot in lower-level hunting grounds than that…

then it won’t be so easy to get later, right?

Even just checking how to obtain an item like this

makes it way easier to decide what to do with it😉

4 Make active use of storage

No matter how much you sort, is your bag still heavy?

Try using ‘Storage’ too, and clean up the items in your bag that way~

There are two types: regular storage and shared storage,

and regular storage can only be used by the currently selected character

Shared storage, on the other hand, lets characters on the same server share items with each other

I keep cooking ingredients and other things that can’t go into shared storage in regular storage

Fish in particular can really pile up when you get them through fishing, so I tend to store all of them there

If you take a good look at the materials you’ve worked hard to collect,

you’ll probably notice they weigh way more than you expected

You want to stock up and use them comfortably, but when you think about the weight, it’s not that easy

At times like this, tossing them into storage makes adventuring way more convenient and comfortable~

Especially if they’re materials you can manage through shared storage,

using alt characters to gather those items can also be a great trick for keeping your bag light

Oh, and storage has its own weight limit too,

so if you can afford it, increase the max storable weight so you can keep even more items in there!
