Today, I’m going to talk about taking care of your smartphone.

Your smartphone is something you use every single day!!

So... is your smartphone really safe?

Let’s go over a few ways to take better care of it.

Keeping It Clean

You’ve probably seen this kind of line in the news a lot.

OOO, dirtier than a toilet seat.

On average, smartphones are said to carry far more germs than a toilet.

So what do you do about that!!

I occasionally wipe mine down with the “alcohol swabs” sold at Daiso.

They’re very inexpensive at Daiso, so the cost isn’t much of a concern.

That said, I’ve heard wiping the phone too often isn’t great for the screen..

So I mainly use them on the sides and back.

First, take the phone out of the case,

then give the case a quick wipe with an alcohol swab.

After that, wipe it with a glasses cloth so no alcohol is left behind.

Do the same with the phone itself, using an alcohol swab to wipe it down.

And again, wipe it with a glasses cloth so no alcohol stays on the surface.

One thing to keep in mind!!

Wiping your phone too often may not be good for its lifespan.

Rather than cleaning your phone constantly,

washing your hands often can actually help more when it comes to keeping things clean.

You can also use your phone to manage your account security more safely.

Go to the Security Center on the official Nexon website and sign up for Nexon OTP.

If you log in from a device you don’t normally use, or from a PC bang,

you’ll need to complete a second verification step through OTP before you can access the game.

So even if your password is leaked somehow,

it works as a safeguard to help block access to your account.
