Sharing my DNF Mobile inventory-cleaning tips!

In games, there are some chores that feel tedious at first but turn out to be pretty enjoyable once you get started. Organizing is definitely one of them.

It makes your items easier to pull out whenever you need them, and it is also satisfying to look back through everything you have collected over time. In a way, it is a lot like cleaning your room.

So today, I want to walk through how I organize my inventory in DNF Mobile, the game I play the most.

Organizing Equipment Items

First, my basic rule for equipment items is to either sell or dismantle all of them.

When you dismantle Unique, Epic, and Exceed gear, it is automatically stored in the Armory, so there is no real reason to keep it separately.

Uncommon (sky blue) items give Uncommon Souls, but I do not have much use for them, so I usually just sell them for gold.

Common Souls (white) are key materials for Colorless Cubes and Gold, so I make a point of building them up through dismantling.

Rare, Unique, Epic, and Exceed Souls are also important currencies in the Exchange Shop, so I keep those too.

Colorless Cubes have a few different uses. You can open them for 100 fragments, sell them to a shop for 20,000 gold, or list them on the Auction Hall for around 100 Terra. They are useful not only for trading, but also for funneling gold to your main through the Adventure Group Vault.

Colorless Cube Fragments and Gold are used to make Golden Cube Fragments. These days, raid entry tickets are available through the Exchange Shop, so they are used a bit less than before. Still, once the Sirocco Raid update arrives in March, demand should go back up, so stocking up ahead of time is definitely worthwhile.

After checking the Magic-Sealed options here, click the equipment icon to check its quality as well.

There is one more thing to watch for. Before dismantling level 70-75 equipment, always check the item quality and Magic-Sealed options. If the values are good, you can use the transfer function to move them onto your main gear.

Also, the button under the equipment tab lets you sort everything at once by set, rarity, level, part, and tier. I used that feature a lot last season, but with the Armory added this season, I do not rely on it as much anymore.

Organizing Material Items

The key with material items is using the Favorites feature actively.

When you select an item, there is a star icon to the right of its name. Press it, and it fills in yellow to register that item as a favorite. You can save up to 20 items, and you can check the list right away by pressing the Manage Favorites button below.

Once you register items this way, they will be sorted toward the front the next time you open your inventory.

I keep major enhancement materials, Liberation Keys, and this season's core materials at the front in that order. Older seasonal materials and miscellaneous items tend to get pushed back, and I usually consider selling those when I need gold. To be honest, I am the type who does not throw things away easily, so they keep piling up.

Organizing Cards

Cards naturally build up as you run Disaster Dungeons. Once I have a decent stack, I move over the cards scattered across my alts through the Adventure Group Vault and then synthesize them all at once.

The main thing to be careful about here is accidentally using a useful card as synthesis material while you are combining things too quickly. If I get a decent card, I put it in storage first and then continue synthesizing.

Recently, I finally got the Asmar Card (BiS) I had been hoping for while running on an alt, and I equipped it on my main... so I am going to take a moment to show it off.

Registering cards in the Card Codex is also more fun than it sounds.

Even if you leave out the expensive ones, there is still a nice sense of progress in filling it out one card at a time, and you can also get items used to decorate your Adventure Group profile.

This is just a personal wish, but there are so many card types now that they often do not all fit in a standard Adventure Group Vault. I would really like to see a card-only vault added.

Organizing Emblems

Emblems are similar to cards for me. I collect them from Disaster Dungeons, then handle synthesis or conversion in one batch later.

Elemental Emblems get converted into the element I mainly use, then synthesized to raise their level as much as possible before I use them. Starting from level 5 to 6, synthesis has a chance to fail, and you can use catalysts. These days, though, I do not use catalysts at level 5. I usually start considering them from level 6 or 7.

Red, Yellow, Green, and Blue Emblems are a little different depending on the player, but in general, people use catalysts when synthesizing level 9 and above. Still, catalyst sources are limited, and I need to prioritize them for enhancement and polishing first, so I only use catalysts for Red Emblem synthesis.

Stat Emblems can just be left alone, or sold later if you need gold.

Organizing the Vault

For my personal character vault, I press the change position button and use Apply Auto Arrangement to sort everything at once.

If there are items I use often, I just drag those up to the top and leave it there. Older seasonal items and things I have sentimental attachment to on that character also end up tucked away in one side of the vault.

I keep the Remy's I use often close to the inventory.

The Adventure Group Vault is sorted in bulk much like the character vault, but I also use it as one central place to store items gathered by my alts.

The Auto Store function is convenient because it immediately deposits all items that match ones already in the Adventure Group Vault, and with Auto Store settings, you can designate exception items as well.

As a side note, there is no need to force inventory or vault expansion. I recommend using an Adventure Group Vault Slot Expansion Kit once the expansion cost reaches 50,000 Terra, which is the maximum. You can get one expansion kit every month through attendance rewards.

The maximum size is 125 slots for a regular character vault and 175 slots for the Adventure Group Vault.

Wrapping Up

That covers how I clean up my inventory in Dungeon&Fighter Mobile.

Lastly, the final inventory tab shows a separate list of items you recently obtained. It is surprisingly useful for checking whether you missed anything, so it is worth opening from time to time.
