The mobile version of KartRider that officially launched on May 12, 2020,

KartRider Rush+

I only installed it because I saw KartRider Rush+ in a keyword mission and was planning to write a post about it,

but it ended up being so fun that instead of a Pororo collab post, I’m writing a game recommendation for those gaps between classes🙂

It’s mobile, so you can play anywhere as long as you’ve got your phone

One big advantage over the PC version is that you can play anywhere as long as you have your phone.

You might think the controls would feel worse since it’s a mobile game, but honestly, it didn’t feel any different from the PC version to me.

Especially when drifting, that rush felt really close to the PC version, so I was super happy with it!

Short play sessions

Each match takes less than 3 minutes, so it’s perfect for a quick game during a break between classes.

Item Mode over Speed Mode

When it comes to Kart, I’m definitely on Team Item Mode over Speed Mode~

Maybe it’s because I’m not great at Speed Mode, but Item Mode was way more fun for me, and I liked how friendly the game was to beginners.

Every time you pick up an item, it clearly explains how to use it,

and it tells you what kind of attack someone is using on you, so

even as a complete KartRider Rush+ beginner, I still managed to get 1st place!!

Since the game came out in 2020, I figured there’d be a ton of veterans and I’d just get destroyed, but

the beginner ranks had lots of players around my skill level,

so racing against people who were evenly matched with me was actually really fun!
