The Leaky Pot

Kong Ji's pot is broken. She needs to fill it with water before sunset, but she has a mountain of other chores to finish, so she asks you for help.

Click Accept, and she'll ask you to get a new pot from Granny Yeon at the village watermill.

Granny Yeon says she heard her husband went out to sea to fish.

You'll find Granny Yeon's husband at Mushroom Coral Hill in Aqua Road. Look up, and you'll see a boat.

That's where you'll find Tae Gong.

Tae Gong's Love for His Wife

Tae Gong greets you warmly and asks if you like fishing. He enjoys it, but his wife isn't much of a fan. Still, he'd like to send her a gift, so he asks for your help.

He says his wife has loved shrimp since she was young, so she'd be delighted if you brought her some shrimp meat.

Since he's on land and can't catch any shrimp himself, he asks you to collect 20 pieces of Shrimp Meat and take them to Granny Yeon for him.

Krips drop Shrimp Meat and are level 30. You'll find them at Seaweed Tower. The drop rate is reasonably good, so the meat is easy to gather. Keep hunting them until you've collected 20 pieces.

Bring the Shrimp Meat to Granny Yeon. She'll thank you, though she also feels a little bad about putting you to so much trouble. You'll receive 6,000 EXP.



When she learns you need a pot, she offers to make one especially for you.

Granny Yeon's Pot

Speak to her again, and you'll tell her you've come to buy a pot.

She offers you a special discount as thanks for bringing her the Shrimp Meat earlier.

A new pot will cost you just 5,000 mesos.

Talk to her once more to receive the pot. You're nearly done with the quest now—let's head back to Kong Ji.

Kong Ji compliments your way with people and admires the shiny, beautiful pot. You'll receive 15,000 EXP.

She thanks you for helping and says she now needs to fetch enough water to fill the pot before her stepmother returns. That wraps up the quest.

Wrapping Up

That covers The Leaky Pot. Overall, I found the quest rather unremarkable. The rewards aren't particularly good, especially given the distance you have to travel between Korean Folk Town and Aquarium. It's the sort of quest that leaves you wondering whether it's worth completing.
