To celebrate Lunar New Year, a special event is also underway in Mabinogi Mobile.
You can participate in the Lunar New Year event from February 12 through 6:00 AM on March 5.
This time, you can also claim a traditional hanbok outfit for free, so if you’re interested, be sure to check it out before the event ends!

In the event tab, select 'The Sack Lurper Wants to Eat, Meow' to meet the Strange Cat.
It’s that familiar NPC who shows up in every event :)

You can access the event shop through the Strange Cat NPC located in the Tir Chonaill Village Chief’s House!

The exchange list includes the Quiet Morning Hanbok Outfit Set and

the actions 'Top Spinning,' 'Kite Flying,' and 'Lucky Pouch'.
Since these items are only available during the event period, it’s best not to miss them, right?

So then, how do you collect the 'Wooden Lurper' needed for these exchanges?
You can get them through the Lunar New Year events currently in progress. I’ll go over them one by one!

First,
in the [Menu (≡)] → [Event] → [Starting the New Year in Erinn!] tab,

you can collect Wooden Lurpers by progressing through the quest.

The quest consists of five stages in total.
If you complete all the way to the final stage, you can also receive the Graduation Ceremony Outfit and Commemorative Shoes Fashion, so be sure to pick those up as well!

Second,
through the Daily Weekly Full of Luck event, you can also earn Wooden Lurpers by completing simple missions.

Third,
from February 14 to 18, Wooden Lurpers were sent to your mailbox as a Lunar New Year On-Time Gift.
Unfortunately, if you didn’t log in during that period, it seems you can no longer claim them now..!

When you open the Quiet Morning Hanbok Set,

Fluttering Petals Shopping Bag (female character) or Dawn Mist Shopping Bag (male character)

you can choose one of the two.

You’ll want to choose carefully based on your character’s gender, right?

If you choose the wrong one, you’ll need to use a Fashion Equipment Gender Change Ticket.

I also tried equipping this lovely traditional hanbok myself.

The design turned out beautifully!

I also tried dyeing it to match my taste, and it really keeps its charm no matter which color you use!

I’m not 100% satisfied with the current colors yet, so I’m planning to try dyeing it again next time.

Dyeing really is part of the fun in Mabinogi!

The event runs until 6:00 AM on March 5,

so if you’d like to enjoy the Lunar New Year atmosphere, be sure to pick up the traditional outfit as well!
