Hello.

This post focuses on guild name recommendations, with suggestions for names you can use in games. I have put together a list of ideas along with some relevant information.

Before We Begin

Since aesthetics are not my strong point, I spent some time considering how to recommend guild names and settled on using established names as a reference, drawing from guilds that are currently active in MapleStory.

The Rock of Honor shown above lists guilds that rank highly for activity, so I visited several worlds, reviewed a substantial number of names, and narrowed the selection to words that are not specific to MapleStory. This list is therefore intended as a reference for naming guilds in games other than MapleStory.

Of course, a guild's name alone does not determine how active it is, but all of these names belong to guilds with active members in their respective worlds. Given that a guild name change system was also introduced relatively recently, it seems reasonable to view these as names that players favor. After narrowing down the selection, I grouped the names by theme so you can refer to the categories that suit your needs.

The names are listed in random order, without any ranking criteria.

1) Guilds in the same world cannot share a name.

2) Inactive guilds are occasionally deleted, making their names available again. This most recently happened on December 19, 2024.

3) Guild name changes are limited to 1 change every 1 week and cost 59,000 Maple Points.
