MapleStory is fun for raising your character, of course, but styling your own character—often called your “Maple baby”—is just as important. If you want to capture your adorable character in screenshots that are too good to keep to yourself, you’ll need to know the best photo spots.

With spring just around the corner, I’ve put together a TOP 5 list of screenshot spots centered around Elluel, which fits the season perfectly. I hope this helps plenty of you out, and with that, let’s get started. 고고씽!

Elluel

One of MapleStory’s signature photo spots is probably the tree in Elluel. If you press the up arrow key at the tree in the middle of the map, you can climb up on top of it. You can also use a Rope Lift.

Once you’re up there, you can snap screenshots on top of the pink-toned tree. You can even hide behind the leaves for a more atmospheric shot. When events are up, a lot of players also gather here to roll Cubes or work on Star Force.

Elluel - King’s Rest

King’s Rest is hidden behind the portal on the right side of central Elluel. The map’s color palette is gorgeous, so it’s often used as a guild hangout. A lot of players AFK here too, so it sometimes turns into a little chat spot.

Elluel - Lucid’s Room

Lucid’s Room is hidden behind the portal on the left side of central Elluel Village. Since you can only enter after completing the Cernium quest, it’s a great place for high-level players to gather and take screenshots together.

Shining Cave Path

Shining Cave Path is located through the portal at the far left end of Elluel Village. This map has a beautiful color palette too, so it’s another great place for screenshots. If you wear a green-themed outfit here, your shots can come out even prettier.

Fairy Fountain

Fairy Fountain, a favorite spot for group shots, is also in Elluel. If you head to the right side of 'Blooming Forest 1', Elluel’s low-level hunting map, you’ll find a platform there. Just climb the rope to go up.

Then you’ll arrive at ‘Fairy Fountain.’ If it’s your first time entering, you’ll probably also complete an Achievement. It’s spacious and pretty enough for even more than 20 guild members to gather and still get a great shot, so keep that in mind.
