Time is short, so let's get right to it.

Lunar New Year in Mapleland

• New Year's Greetings

Just as you might visit your hometown or spend time with your grandparents and parents for the New Year,

in Maple World, you'll pay your respects to the sages of each town—your very first mentors.

Follow this route: Perion → Ellinia → Henesys → Kerning City,

and offer your New Year's greetings to each job instructor.

Visit these locations and greet each job instructor,

and you'll receive 2 2x EXP Coupons (15 min) from each one. (8 in total)

And that's not all. You'll also receive a gift for your greetings:

the Red Lucky Pouch. Give it to the Maple Administrator

to receive another 2 2x EXP Coupons (15 min). (10 in total)

There's still more!

Next, hunt monsters within your level range

and collect 5 Lucky Rice Scoops that the monsters stole.

※ Monsters within your level range are those in the -10 ~ +10 range relative to your character's level.

For players at Lv. 80 or above, all monsters at Lv. 70 or above count as being within your level range.

(For example, if your character is level 46,

monsters at Lv. 36 ~ 56 count as being within your level range.)

Once you've completed all these quests,

you'll receive 2 2x EXP Coupons (15 min) + 3 2026 Golden Compasses + 100 Rice Cake Soups.

(12 coupons in total)

It's much like visiting your parents and relatives to offer New Year's bows and receive New Year's money,

except in Maple World, you make the rounds of each town to collect EXP coupons—just a little more precious than New Year's money.

That's what makes this quest stand out.

The quest is easy and quick to complete, but it's only available until midnight on February 20,

so log in now and get it done!

※ EXP coupons can be used for one week after you receive them, and because they're separated by the minute, you'll need 6 inventory slots in total.

※ 2026 Golden Compasses can be used during the Gold Richie's Treasure Vault event, but only before its final day.

※ Rice Cake Soup has no expiration date, but it cannot be exchanged or traded.

Lunar New Year in Mapleland

• The Magpies' New Year~

The Magpies' New Year~ event

lets you earn rewards simply by checking in during the Lunar New Year holiday.

To accept the quest, use the yellow star-shaped quest UI on the left side of the screen.

You can receive 3 different sets of items just by logging in over 3 days—but there's a catch.

(Are they teasing us a little here??)

You can only claim each day's items on that day,

so don't miss your chance to log in and collect them.

The rewards vary slightly depending on which day you log in,

so you can stock up on a generous selection of items, including 6 EXP coupons.

Since you can access Mapleland on mobile through the MapleStory Worlds app,

it's easy to log in on your phone and complete the quests even when you don't have a PC available.
