Check the Security Center

Start by checking your Nexon account's

security rating in the Security Center.

The security ratings are Danger, Warning, Caution, and Normal,

for a total of 4 levels.

As you might expect, you'll want to reach a Normal rating

to help protect your account from hacking.

If your rating isn't Normal,

enable two-step verification to improve it.

I set up Nexon OTP by installing the mobile app on my phone.

Now I'm prompted for OTP verification every time I log in.

If a hacker tries to log in without my phone, they won't be able to get past the OTP check.

Review your Security Services as well.

It's a good idea to change your password regularly

and turn on overseas login blocking.

Check your login history from time to time, too.

If you find an IP address that isn't yours,

that means your account is at risk.

Start by setting up OTP right away.

This limits logins to devices you've registered.
