Today, we're looking at another Mapleland quest, this time in Aquarium. This walkthrough covers Kenta's Sea Creature Research, a quest that has you investigating Aquarium's monsters to help Kenta.

Kenta

Kenta has noticed something strange in Aquarium. She says the animals are behaving differently: some seem sluggish, while others have become more aggressive.

She says an ocean storm is responsible and asks for your help investigating it.

Click Accept, and she'll thank you for your help. To investigate the animals' cell samples, she asks you to collect 1 of each sample found in Aquarium.

Part One

Start with Cico, which mainly spawns on Blue Seaweed Road. Keep hunting until a sample drops. The drop rate isn't particularly low, so you should have little trouble getting one.

Next are Cicle and Pinboom, which spawn in The Sharp Unknown. As before, hunt them to collect their cell samples.

Your first reward is Wizard Potion, and you get a generous 30 of them. You also receive just 500 EXP, but that's still a reasonable reward.

Part Two

Kenta is still investigating Aqua Road. Your earlier help has uncovered something suspicious, but she still has plenty of unanswered questions. Now she wants to examine samples from other animals.

Your next task is to collect samples from the fish trio: Flower Fish, Mask Fish, and Bubble Fish.

Start with Mask Fish at Forked Road: East Sea. It's quick and easy to find there. The drop rate is low here as well. Collecting a sample should be straightforward.

Next, head to Sand Castle Playground for Flower Fish and Bubble Fish. Hunt them to quickly gather their samples.

Your second reward is a piece of equipment called Kenta's Fish Spear. It isn't particularly useful, but it makes a nice souvenir. You'll also receive 2,500 EXP.

Part Three

Now for the final part. Your targets this time are Poopa, Sparker, and Freezer. Once again, collect a cell sample from each.

Start at Forked Road: West Sea. Hunt Freezer and 스파키 here to collect their samples.

Next, head to Ocean I.C. to hunt Poopa. Collect a sample from them, and that should wrap up Kenta's Sea Creature Research.

Final Rewards

Your final rewards are 6,500 EXP, 10 Dolphin Taxi Coupons, and 50 Air Bubbles. With Dolphin Taxi fares already quite expensive, those 10 coupons feel especially valuable.
