Raid - 에이렐

Let's take on the newest raid, ‘에이렐’!

This one demands quicker reflexes than anything else in Mabinogi Mobile so far!

You'll also need to keep your wits about you and stay in sync with your party to make it out alive~

In the 에이렐 raid, the AoE attacks you get hit by determine

whether your musical-note debuff stacks go up or down.

Just remember: green AoEs increase your note debuff stacks,

and red AoEs add more note debuff stacks.

The moment you hit 3 stacks, you start dancing—and 에이렐 starts attacking!

But…

Dodging those AoEs was harder than I expected.

It's especially tricky for melee classes, from what I've seen.

You've seen that fan-shaped pattern split into three sections

and go off one section at a time, right, adventurer?

Managing your stacks is easier if you stop attacking 에이렐 long enough to dodge,

but mistime it even slightly, and you'll hit 3 stacks and be dancing before you know it!

And if your party has lots of melee classes…

Dodging can get even trickier💦

All too often, you'll cross paths with a party member and get body-blocked,

leaving you stuck in an AoE and dancing away😨

Keep an eye on your party members' positions and give each other enough room while fighting,

or take a quick step back to dodge the AoEs without bumping into anyone.

Sounds easy on paper, but those AoE markers fill up so fast

that you have to react instantly—zone out for even a moment, and they'll get you~

If you slip up managing your stacks and end up dancing,

ask your party for help in chat right away!

You can't do anything while dancing, so you'll take the full force of the attack.

And taking 에이렐's attack while you're defenseless will very likely get you killed.

But! If another adventurer steps into the path of the incoming attack,

they can take the hit for you and keep you alive!

Those attacks come flying in fast,

so if someone starts dancing, hurry over and get into position!

There's also riding the wind during arena-wide AoEs without overlapping with your party members,

plus spotting summoned instruments and getting into position fast enough to survive…

This wind spirit raid really is all about speed👍

It really feels like a mischievous spirit has invited you

to a festival so chaotic you can barely think straight😂

Abyss - Shrine of Resurrection

Next up on the list of places that demand quick reflexes: the Abyss, of course!

Of the four areas currently open, the Shrine of Resurrection has to be the best example, right?

When ‘네베론’, the boss of the Shrine of Resurrection, drops below a certain HP threshold,

it summons three stone monuments at three spots on the map and unleashes a spinning AoE attack.

You can destroy the monuments while dodging the rotating lasers,

but if you've got a class like an Ice Mage that can reliably land Break skills,

you can inflict Break on 네베론 and go for a faster clear!

To pull that off, keep a close eye on 네베론's HP,

and have your Break skills and ultimates saved up before the AoEs appear.

If you've got something like a ‘Meow Meow Magic Grenade’, use that too!

If you can't destroy the monuments within the time limit

or disable 네베론 by inflicting Break,

you'll trigger an attack that can wipe your whole party, so speed really matters!

If you're in a party of seasoned adventurers working through Hell difficulty, in particular,

coordinate your Break skills to shave even more time off your clear👍

I've used 네베론 at the shrine as an example here,

but quickly inflicting Break works in other areas too,

letting you skip right past special mechanics!

So put those grenades to good use and make a habit of inflicting Break quickly

to clock even faster timed runs~

Split-second decisions! Split-second moves!

Move faster than anyone else and show everyone what an awesome adventurer you are😎✨
