Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba

and then One-Punch Man—

this year's anime collab is Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.

I wasn't expecting an anime collab right at the start of the year😲

Maybe the MapleStory team put this collab together at the last minute,

because unlike the other anime collabs, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End doesn't have any events to go with it—just cosmetics for sale.

Back when I was doing the Nexon Blog Challenge last year, Mabinogi had a collab with Frieren: Beyond Journey's End going on,

and I came across a Mabinogi blogger's post about the Frieren: Beyond Journey's End event for one of the challenge missions.

That post made the collab look insanely good, so this feels like a real letdown🥺

Still, disappointing or not, gotta do what I gotta do..

Today, I'm checking out the Frieren: Beyond Journey's End cosmetics!

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Cosmetic Collection

Just like the One-Punch Man Cosmetic Collection, the Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Cosmetic Collection

doesn't let you get the pieces individually.

Instead, you roll for set coupons with fixed drop rates,

so you're looking at 9,900 Cash for 1, 99,000 Cash for 10—pretty pricey.

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Magnet Pets

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End magnet pets use the same rolling system as the existing Petite magnet pets,

and pet equipment is only available for Cash in the Cash Shop.

■ Reward for Equipping 3 Pets from the Petite Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Set

I haven't watched Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, One-Punch Man, or Frieren: Beyond Journey's End,

so judging purely on magnet pet quality, I'd say the Frieren magnet pets look the best!

Maybe it's just a collab magnet pet thing, but every single name tag looks so low-effort.

For that kind of money, I wish they'd put a little more work into them..🥺

Oddly enough, Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is the only collab with 4 types of magnet pets,

but that doesn't mean you can use 4 magnet pets at once.

You can only pick 3 of the 4 for a 3-magnet-pet setup,

so I wonder if Stark, the only guy, is going to get left out..ㅋㅋㅋ
